Hi Friends, I recently switched from Carb cycling, to Keto. My goal is to lose 30 lbs in 10 weeks, 3 lbs per week. I'm really interested in health and fitness, and would love to connect with friends and work together on this goal.

How much grams of carbs and sugars are you eating a day? How often do you exercise? What’s your current weight and caloric intake? Finally, are you doing intermittent fasting while doing the Keto Diet?
I ask these questions so I can help you get on the right track. I’ve started the Keto Diet on May 13th 2018 and have lost over 18 lbs of Body Fat Mass, and 6.6% Body Fat since then.0
