I do calf raises when brushing my teeth, leg lifts when Im lying on my side playing with the baby or kids, and I do 100 pushups before I get in bed.0

I've recently started when I need to go upstairs in the house, I'll go up, come back down, and go up again(then do my task). Takes like, 18 extra seconds and my FitBit has been really happy! So has my leg and butt muscles!3
