I'm 35 and I only feel old when I see my teen turn another year older or when I look at the year a movie was made and it was released 10 yrs ago or when I wake up with a new ache on my body that wasn't there the night before.3

Dude, the other night I watched David Lynch's 'Elephant Man'.
It dawned on me, that film it is almost 40 years old.

36 is "old" when you are 36 and "young" when I am 56.2
-
It depends on the person feeling. Age just is a number.1

It's all about perspective. When I was a teenager, I thought 36 was ancient. Thought I would never be that old.
My 64th birthday is coming up next month and 36 seems very young. It is a lifetime ago. Literally. I met my wife when I was 35. My whole life changed. For the better. Before I met my wife I was a selfish, self-absorbed, arrogant jerk. After she entered my life, I pretended to change. Somewhere along the way I was no longer pretending. I'm 28 years into my new life.

When I was in my 20's 36 was old.
Now edging 50, I'd take that young 36 any day.
Perspective, ya know.1 -
Being that I'm 64, 36 is way young.3
-
To anyone 35 or younger, you are old...to anyone 37 or older, you are young.1
-
I will be 35 in August. And im embracing it. I love life. I love celebrating. And every day on earth is a gift From GOD.3
-
It seems younger and younger with every passing year1

When I was a young girl, I thought that 50 is too old. Now I am 50 and I see that I am still young. So it depends on your thought. Age is just a number.3
-
I'm 29 and feel like it's all down hill now. I had a good-ish run... I guess.3
-
young1
-
depends on the day and the person
most days i do not feel young but i think most people think i am1 -
Just wait until you have been 29 a couple times then you will realize that 36 is very young!1

I have to laugh at some of these comments. 20 and 30 somethings thinking life is over or almost over being that they are getting "old". I'm 64 and I'm still working in relative good health and will be walking 18 holes of golf in about an hour. Life is what you make it.3
