June 2nd I felt like I was allowing myself to slip back into my old habits.
Eating whatever, not working out, just not caring overall.
I decided to create a mini challenge for myself. My diet wasn’t 100% but I gave a great effort. I logged all my food daily, consistently worked out according to my schedule.
I do believe removing myself from social media played a big part, who do I have to compare myself to? It took up a lot of unnecessary time that I now use to focus solely on me & my personal goals.
Monday I will be starting a new 4 week challenge can’t wait to see my results 😃

Wow! Great job. You don’t need 100%. Perfect is the enemy of the good. You’re the living proof.
