Hello all, I'm a newbie and need a place to help me lose weight. I've yoyo'd up and down but need some on going motivation tips etc please add me and feel free to give me advice as a newbie !!

I recommend some reading of what are commonly called "stickied posts"
If you go to the General Health Fitness and Diet message board you will see a few " Announcement " posts at the very top. They lead to a collection of posts that have been helpful guiding newbies through the MFP Jungle.

The same concept of stickied posts applies to the differant message boards and are some of the amazing posts from other MFP users that have been helpful to many newbies. It can seem rather intimidating at first so just read one post and slowly apply the concepts.

I know it's only the beginning, but I feel so emotionally overwhelmed when I think how I've got back to where I was, even though I promised I wouldn't and get so upset when I think about how much I have to lose.
