July pushup squat and plank challenge

This is for anyone who wants to improve their pushups, squats, or planks.

Do one or two or all three - there are no rules about how often or how many, this is just a way of supporting each other and cheering each other on!

    Already July 2 here! Started squats, planks on hands (POH) and planks on elbows (POE).

    1/7 2.5km swim
    2/7 60s POH 60s POE 30 squats and 3.3km swim. No pushups as shoulder sore!

    Alright, I'm in with a new resolve! Let's do this!

    I will do 2 out of the following 6/7 days:
    - run, squats(50+)&situps(10+)"s&s", freeletics ("FL", which usually includes push ups), yoga

    01/07 6k run (the longest this year and in the heat)
    02/07 yoga, FL and s&s (50+10)

    Akright, I'm in. I jog and walk about 30 miles a week, but need to add some strength. I just started working on body weight exercises. My push ups are dreadful so I'll track the number of good form PUs hereaw

    7/2 - 3 sets x 5 good form pu = 15

    Apparently my squat technique sucks ;)

    2 out of the following 6/7 days:
    - Run

    01/07 6k run (the longest this year and in the heat)
    02/07 yoga, FL and s&s (50+10)
    03/07 s&s (100+25) and FL - went to bed too late to get up for a run, postponed to tomorrow :/

    7/3 - 2 x 6 plus 3 muscle shaking pu = 15

    I am sore! ...but I'll keep pushing on (heehee)

    @funjen1972 me too! I counted and there are 34 push ups in my freeletics workout, 5-7-10-7-5, and i'm only doing them on my knees...

    03/07 Press-ups 17 o-k, 6 squats, 3 mile walk, went for a jog after the football (COME ON ENGLAND!), took a tumble in the dark, finished the jog but had to drive to work today.
    04/07 Press-ups 18 o-k, 7 squats, have to see about walking later

    I completed a 3000 squat challenge in June and I am continuing them this month. I'm at day 5 and have completed another 500 squats for a total of 3500 since June 1st.

    06/07 in bed too late again for morning workout and couldn't sleep in this heat!
    07+08/07 the heat got to me, no workouts
    09/07 run 5km, 50squats, 20sit ups, 10knee push ups - i'm back on track!

    To simplify reporting and correlate it to my goal of 50 push ups in a row, I'm changing my report out to the max number of pushups without rest.

    7/2 - 3 sets x 5 good form pu = 15
    7/3 - 2 x 6 plus 3 muscle shaking pu = 15
    7/4 - cardio only, day at the pool ahhhhh
    7/5 - 10, 8, 8...I just did 26 push ups!
    7/6 - 12, 8, 9...plus another 11 = 40
    7/7 - cardio 14 miles
    7/8 - rest
    7/9 - 15
