My goal is to lose about 10lbs. Does anyone have any suggestions for diet plans to stay healthy were you are still getting enough food and not constantly hungry. I honestly don't know were to start so suggestions would be helpful.

    The best plan:

-set your goal to lose half a pound a week
-eat the foods you enjoy...focus primarily on nutrient dense items, but if you want pizza or chocolate? Work it into your calories rather than beat yourself up over it
-find out what types of foods keep you full...for some fat/protein/fiber work best, for others carbs work best
-if you exercise, eat back at least a portion of those calories to fuel your body

You're not supposed to starve to lose weight. But you may have to tolerate mild hunger occasionally. It's not dangerous.

The best diet plan for you is one you make yourself. A healthy diet is balanced and varied.

I think what PP said is so important - your weight is not very off, so your habits just need some small tweaks. This is a case for "don't fix it if it ain't broken". Aiming for perfection tends to screw things up. (I had to make major changes to my eating habits, food environment and attitudes, but I also had 50 pounds to lose. Those pounds came partly from years trying to eat like I "should". Cringe.)
