I lost 100 pounds and have been maintaining for almost a year.

I lost 75 before getting pregnant, at which point I had a gain of 17, and now am back to just a butt hair short of 70. I did take the first year of my daughters life for maintenance, as my breast milk supply did not agree with any deficit at all.

80 pounds. My Fitness Pal has been great. Finally logging and counting calories is what finally did it for me.

Lost 76 pounds total. Goal was only around 50, but MFP makes it easy to keep track (plus I hate seeing the numbers turn red after going over), so figured why not

That's wonderful - keep in going. I experienced the same success and defeat - just found Omnitrition and it's a great tool

Lost 25 pounds 5 years ago. Since then I have bulked/cut a couple times and sit about 10 pounds heavier than my original goal weight. So, heavier with better body composition.

111 lbs since April 2017.... still have about 25 lbs to go but working on maintenance for the summer.

Calorie counting + exercise + logging it daily is what works for me.

I’ve lost 81 pounds of baby weight since August 2017. I wanted to lose 100 pounds by August 2018, but it’s not gonna happen. New goal is to lose the last 19 pounds by Dec 2018.

With actual calorie counting.. about 6lbs total at different times. But I've used tracking to help me gain 10lbs. In total though while a part of MFP I've lost about 50lbs.
