            About 50 lbs since April 2016. I've been maintaining for 4 months with counting my calories. It's such a habit now I don't even really think about it!0

            20 lbs down (11 lbs since re-joining MFP) since the first week of May. Still have another 75 to 80 lbs to go.1

            48 pounds just by calorie counting - no exercise.0

            About 5kg. With no additional* exercise, just eating less.
 *I've always worked out a reasonable amount, I've not upped my exercise levels, just kept them the same.0
