I'm on my second week of this replaced breakfast and replacing dinner this week

So far working well for me while working as can grab a bit out of the fridge on the run

Before would be the dreaded vending machine.

Fills me up don't feel like smacking between

If you want a true meal replacement shake that taste good and can fit in a cico weight loss diet plan if you make them, look at disaster/emergency/survival/prepper food manufacturers offerings. If you care about the highest protein, lowest calorie, and lowest carb (and fiber as a result) bang for your shake buck, then disregard the idea. The only down side is you usually have to buy in bulk so there can be sticker shock on that front.

I tried Huel for a while. It gave me really nasty acid reflux (never suffer from it usually), and it gets so boring after a while even as one meal a day. Some people love it but I prefer real food with real textures and flavours.
