THE ULTIMATE QUESTION: What's your favorite kind of tea?

Maybe it's the Starbucks barista in me but I love hearing what people enjoy drinking, what flavors call to them, and where I can try these delicious drinks! Especially tea!

Almost every morning that I go into the office, I stop at Starbucks for my Grande Royal English Breakfast. The only place I know that gets you need TWO teabags for the larger amount of water!

I like a really good, strong Assam too. Teavana (I think) used to have a loose Assam that almost tasted as if it had honey.

By me, Fairway Supermarket has a nice, reasonable selection of loose teas.

For everyday at home, I usually put two Trader Joe's Irish Breakfast tea bags in a large mug. On the weekends I'll sometimes brew a pot of loose tea leaves.

I'm a former "a little coffee with my cream and sugar" coffeeaholic. I now drink lots of plain (no sugar nor anything else added) teas instead of coffee. I still drink coffee, but not as much. Instead of 6/8+ cups per day, I usually drink one cup a few days per week. Teas are now my favorite. Here's a list of just a few teas I love and what I drink a lot daily.
    Hot teas
    Milky Oolong tea
    various oolong teas
Turmeric, black pepper & ginger tea
    various green teas
English Tea Shop Slim me and Happy me teas
    Jasmine tea
    Pu-erh teas
    Dandelion super herbal tea
    Get Burning Green Rooibos Tea
    English Rose Tea
    YamaMotoYama Roasted green tea
    Alteya Rosebud Tea
    Numi White Rose Tea

    Cold Teas
homemade Lipton or some other black ice tea with sugar

Yes! I love that Starbucks does that! Grande and up you get two tea bags and that really makes my strong-tea-loving heart very happy!

    Great list! 💖

Fennel tea. I started drinking it to calm my stomach but I grew to like the licorice flavor. I add some creamed honey to it.

I've tried so hard to get into the licorice flavor, maybe adding the creamed honey (which I've never heard of but sounds AMAZING) might change my mind!

Numi Chinese English Breakfast is my go to - I get it by the 100 count off Amazon. Between my husband and me, we go through a box a month.

    Other favorites:
    Numi Toasted Rice Green Tea
    Trader Joe Jasmine Green Tea
    Crio Bru (it’s not a tea - it’s a bitter hot chocolate)
Moringa Strawberry or Apple Cinnamon Tea

Genmaicha. It's green tea with puffed brown rice. Sounds weird but it's really good.

Hot black Persian tea with sugar or honey. Iced tea is not tea to me. Lol. In my culture some people drink tea 5 or 6 times a day.

What a nice list. I really like that Numi Toasted rice tea, it's so good. I also drink Moringa tea, but plain...I'll have to try some flavored ones. I tried it in a Numi Variety Box and loved it: Here's the teas in the Numi Variety Box:

Green Tea: Gunpowder Green, Jasmine Green, Toasted Rice, Maté Lemon; Black Tea: Aged Earl Grey Breakfast Blend, Golden Chai; Pu·erh Tea: Chocolate Pu·erh; White Tea: White Rose; Herbal Teasan: Chamomile Lemon, Rooibos, Moroccan Mint, Rooibos Chai, Honeybush, Dry Desert Lime; Amber Sun Turmeric Tea.

I LOVE them all, especially the gunpowder, the HONEYBUSH (yum) all of them except I have a few Dry-dessert lime, mate lemon I haven't wanted to try for some reason. I also didn't care for the chocolate pu-erh.

For anytime, English Breakfast with a splash of milk and a bit of sugar. Tumeric & ginger tea, especially on cold evenings. And for iced, unsweetened black tea.

My go to at Starbucks is the Royal English Breakfast Tea and at home Tazo Awake English Breakfast. I drink a lot of both.
I also like now and then -Tazo Organic Sultry Strawberry, Stash Chocolate Mint and Stash Chai Spice.

For a hot black tea, I haven't found anything even remotely close to Harney and Sons Earl Grey Supreme. This is hands down the best black tea I've had so far. I have converted people who didn't think they liked Earl Grey, or even didn't think they liked tea. I have a subscription to this tea on Amazon.

If I'm looking for just a strong, "standard" black tea, I like Yorkshire.

If you like your black tea with a fruitier flavor, Harney and Sons Paris is very nice.

I make iced herbal tisanes because I can't have caffeine later in the day. Currently I'm drinking Celestial Seasonings Vermont Maple Ginger. The ginger taste is mild and blends well with the maple; this isn't a punch-you-in-the-sinuses ginger. It includes monkfruit, so no sweetener needed.

I drink a cup of English Breakfast tea pretty much every morning; make it at home for the drive in to work and then have one cup of coffee at work. If I have tea later, I like jasmine.

My barista order is a London Fog with a hazelnut sugar free syrup.

My loose teas are a good Darjeeling or a Chai.

I like chai as a normal tea... Sweetened, and with milk.

I like some herbal teas and other flavoured teas - my current fave is rooibos with mint and chocolate. It tastes as good as it smells (which I don't think is the case for many fancy flavoured teas)

My husband is a tea drinker, but I am not. Although sometimes I really wish I was because it smells so good.

Anyway, he is an English Breakfast/Earl Grey guy, nothing added. He also likes the Celestial Seasonings Pumpkin Spice in the fall.
