Semper Fi!
I think almost every Jarhead goes through this for one reason or another. We burned 5-6000 cals a day just being a Marine, You get out, injured or whatever and you continue to eat like a Jarhead!
I got out in '87 and was severely injured in a motorcycle accident. Went from 180 to 250 in a matter of a few months while laying the hospital. Even though I have been able to get back to 180-185 a few times, I have been struggling with being able to keep it off since then. The Corps does something to us!0 -
Oh boy, I hope you're better now! :O Good Luck!0

Wow, everyone thanks for the advice and the thank you's. The pleasure is all mine, and I'm glad to still be serving. Congrats to you and your husband for finally calling it quits!! I have until 2019 for my retirement. I'm all better now, thanks. Nothing besides headaches and memories now, and I'm doing absolutely fine with all of it.0
