Hi everyone.
I've started KETO in the last week and I'm hoping to pull myself into shape over the coming weeks/months. I'm 39, M and looking to get my weight back into check, before working on my fitness a little with the 40 mark approaching.i would like to achieve a nice lean appearance.
I started at 183lb 6 weeks ago, currently 171lb, with a target of 156lb. Really enjoying to my surprise the keto approach, all really positive so far. Anyone on a similar journey, feel free to message or follow my progress. Rich

The Low Carber Daily and Keto sub groups are also great sources of advice and support.

Very nice. I have been doing Keto since February 1, 2018 and really enjoy it. Well, the power lifting on Keto (but not Keto-adapted) really sucked, but I am not doing power lifting any longer. I really enjoy this way of eating and am going to do something silly come August 1. So, won't be Keto shortly thereafter. But, it is a good thing. I am going to follow Ultimate Diet 2.0 (nutrition and training sessions). I really do love Keto, though. It is not for everyone....that is for sure. But it fits my way of doing things. I will quite possibly go back to Keto once I am done with UD2.0.0
