A weekend meal. My meals during the week are a bit on the sad side, but wine helps2 -

Honey sriracha chicken with veggie fried rice, grapes, and a nice side salad I don’t take really artsy food photos but I do take an overhead so I can have a visual catalog for future meal prep lists. This recipe is really popular in my house!

970 Calories and I still have another 400+ left over in my diet today.4 -

Breakfast was an egg and cheese sandwich.
The rest of the day I snacked on chocolate dipped strawberries and caramel popcorn. I'm seriously off target on protein.1 -

My calorie intake is 1650.
I was able to afford this today in my diet. It was the only meal I had a lot of carbs in.1 -

I’ve been eating really clean for the past two weeks without a cheat meal and for dinner I spoiled myself with a pizza.
Eating "clean" (whatever that means to you) doesn't mean eating low calories or bland, boring food. Eating within your calories is not "cheating". You don't get broccoli points for making your diet as painful and boring as possible.4 -

I honestly don’t mind eating clean or “bland” I enjoy my healthy lifestyle my thing is “you are what you eat” and in this case I’m trying to be as healthy as possible while I’m in a cut. I’ve seen huge results plus my weight going down. Honestly no offense or anything but if you’re going to criticize the way I eat or count my calories take it else where.10 -

You are more than what you eat.. There is a lot more to health than what you put in your mouth.
Your weight is going down because you're in a calorie deficit, not because of your food choices.5 -
