Hello all, so my goal is 1820 cal per day. But everyday I eat between (min) 770 cal and (max) 970 cal per day.
my macros are like that:
GOAL vs how much I actually put:
carbs 50% vs (today) 37%
fat: 30% vs (today) 43%
protein: 20% vs (today) 19%
I can't eat more because I drink a lot of water during the day which it makes me feel so full. I'm trying to fix my meals to make balance on carbs, fat and protein.
I would just like to know if these differences are REALLY BAD - in percents?

The amount of calories you are eating is REALLY bad.9

Your %s are fine. Your calories are dangerously low. Double check the accuracy of your logging to make sure you really are eating so little, and if you are, please eat more.
Drinking water should not make you too full to eat. If you are consistently too full to eat a more appropriate # of calories, you should see a doctor.9 -
All those questions are for later.
You can't drink enough water to be full on that little food.
How long have you been doing this?
Do you have an eating disorder?
How do you log your food intake?5 -
I wouldn't worry about your macros that much and concentrate on eating more calories. As far as tracking, are you weighing and measuring your portions to verify those calorie numbers? 1200 calories is the minimum recommended daily amount for women and not necessarily appropriate for all builds/heights.3

Hitting macro percentages when you're drastically undereating is meaningless. X% of the wrong number is another wrong number.3

I'm in no place to judge calories. Mine are usually between 700 -1000 too and struggle to eat more. I've leaned to add calorie dense foods to my meals (like hemp seeds, etc) put them in a shake or over too of a meal to help get the calories up8

With a calorie intake that low, chances are that you're going to be malnourished no matter what your macros are, so it's kind of a moot point.6

Maybe next time you're thirsty or want to grab a glass of water, grab a protein shake instead. Somehow you need to develop a new way to feel full that incorporates actual fuel for your body.0

So one more time for any lurkers - If you are an adult, you are not bedridden, you are not on medication with appetite related side effects, and you think you are consistently eating less than 1,000 cals (like for more than a couple of weeks) and are too full to eat more, there are three options:
- You are eating more than you think, and common logging errors are messing with your numbers - please read the Most Helpful posts thread pinned to the top of each board. Logging is a skill we all had to learn as we go.
- You have a medical problem that is restricting your ability to eat, you will be losing weight - please go to the doctor and get checked out.
- You have an eating disorder which is messing with your hunger and satiety cues and your relationship with food, you will be losing weight - please go to the doctor and get a referral to a specialist.

I wouldn't worry about the macros for now, I'd focus on eating a healthy amount of calories. The amount you're eating is extremely low and will be very bad for you in the long term, especially given the amount of exercise you say you do in your profile.
I'd look into finding some calorically dense foods and eating more of those. Also potentially adding some calories to your drinks to increase them closer to your goal, perhaps some shakes?
How much did you eat prior to joining MFP?0
