Favourite exercise?

    Skipping rope for cardio. For weights I'd say tricept pushdowns on cable with rope grip. Long, slow push to feel the muscle activation and feel the warmth in my arms. I Like the feeling.

    I only compete with squat, bench, and DL so any of those three lifts since they are specific to my goals. If I had to pick a favorite lift, the one that is progressing the most currently DL.

    Downward upward dog.

    Because my core can handle it easy, which satisfies my lazy side, but it also gets my heart rate up, which satisfies my inner masochist :)

    I like to walk. No matter where I go, most hotels have a fitness room with a treadmill. I have a gym quality treadmill at home.
