I'm getting married at the beginning of September so this is my last full month to get to my 'wedding goal weight' of 136 (and a healthy BMI for my height!) . I think I might not only get there, but pass it as well. Fingers crossed!

- Got serious (Jan 16th 2018): 208lbs
- Original Goal: 185 lbs by July 1st (made it)
OK, I am back for another 5lb challenge! I have been very busy the last two months with work, hiking, backpacking, etc. All good as I shifted to "maintenance mode" for two months. I found that it was just not going to be possible to maintain a calorie deficit while hiking a lot and backpacking. From experience I know I need to eat upwards of 5,000 calories when hiking long distances and backpacking. I just cannot afford to run out of fuel/energy (bonk) when out in the woods or desert.
However, I have maintained in the 182-185 range since early June. Success!
But it is time to drop the last few pounds. You all keep me honest and inspire me. We can do this!
