Zero. I feel great. Yep I ate not a thing & worked out enough to burn over 1500 cals.
Every 3rd day I eat nothing, absolutely nothing. I sleep better, I have more energy & I'm losing size, fat & gaining some great insight into eating.

1072. I'm struggling to get enough right now because I'm at work from 3AM to 5PM every day -- we're so busy I barely get time even to eat my (small, quick) lunch each day, much less make a big breakfast and eat snacks. On top of that I often fall asleep before making or eating dinner.0
