This really isn't about calories, but lack of access. My aunt used to have an apricot tree, and I want to gorge on sun-warmed apricots straight off the tree.

I just made 500g of these. Some stuffed with roasted almonds and chocolate. Some stuffed with roasted almond butter. Now I just need to forget where I put them and I am safe. Otherwise.....

okay, I must admit... one of my favortie things is creamed butter mixed with sugar. (think like when you are making cookie dough)

It's one of those gimmicky things you'd get at a carnival or fair. I've had it...they wrap a small cube of frozen butter in doughnut dough and throw it in the deep fryer. The butter melts as the dough cooks, and you end up with a really buttery doughnut. It's actually pretty good.2
