if it didn't have calories, right now i'd eat the other half of the cheesecake/mousse cake in the fridge. instead i have 1/16 of it a time LOL1

Carbs. All the carbs in all the ways. I’ve cut back a bit and eat more lean proteins, vegetables and fruit…but man, something as simple as angel hair pasta tossed in olive oil and spices…yum. I could eat it by the pound.1

Well, that's no fun. Sorry to hear that you can't imagine the idea of digging in to something delicious like tomato and cheese pie. Mmmmm.

Well, it had loads of calories and I ate it anyway.
This morning I had an inexplicable craving for bacon and, more.broadly, a serious breakfast (as opposed to my oatmeal with sliced banana or egg and part-skim cheese on a low-carb tortilla). My excellent neighbourhood diner has a new breakfast sandwich, the “Nirvana,” consisting of two large soft scrambled eggs with caramelized onions, crispy bacon, avocado, cheddar, and chipotle mayo on a large gourmet bun.
Oh, my god. Heavenly. I calculated it at 800 calories total. Fortunately it was so filling that I ate very little the rest of the day. I haven’t eaten anything like it in months, so it felt like a real treat but I don’t feel like I fell off the wagon.5 -
