So who wants to do the math for the calories on that!?

So, based on the recipe (although I thought it was weird no fat was listed - probably a structural thing), and with no icing sugar included, I came up with *drumroll please*

    d365u92sdjat.jpg

But what did you eat for lunch and supper that day?

It's pre-logged for tomorrow (to get the headers) I'll keep you posted. Maybe Hawaiian pizza and cheesecake brownies, just to gross out @quiksylver296

    I'm on my way!

I used to make miniatures with filets wrapped in store bought dough with most of the ingredients and some shortcuts on the cooking. I called it Beef Well Enough.

This recipe is pretty close but I used bigger pieces.

I haven't made it in years since I don't eat beef anymore.

If I had more calories I would have crushed this bag then probably hated myself after my tongue burned off.

At least had enough calories for 2.5 servings.

This is not as many calories as the large cake.
"The house was - as per record requirements - edible. Although beware to those on a holiday diet: the combination of baking ingredients and sweets meant the construction totaled 35,823,400 calories!"

No Dr. Pepper? What kind of hellish place do you work??

(Actually, no nothing in our break room. You have to bring your own, which is probably a good thing)

I just took the last coke zero yesterday and we are down to plain diet coke, water and Rockstars,

I think I might leave a sticky note on the glass with a note about Dr Pepper thanks to you lol

My grandma used to make a strawberry pound cake when I was little. She never let me write down recipes. I always had to come over and smell/taste/see what she was doing. I have tried several times to make it over the years and I just refuse now. However, if she was still alive, I would eat it in a heartbeat. zkgl6tgqludb.jpg

If it didn't have calories & I had another container I would definitely eat more of Weis Brand Banana Puddin' Ice Cream. Banana based flavored ice cream, with a decent amount of vanilla wafer chunks, with a cookie swirl. So good!

Split a Medjool date (or 60). Fill it with natural peanut butter and chopped dark chocolate. Sprinkle a lil' salt. Bliss out forever.f7kbg0d5f89f.png

I guess we all stopped worrying about calories and just ate it all for a couple of weeks there

Probably a lot of truth to that. Speaking for myself anyways. I think I'm finally out of all the Christmas goodies, and can (mostly) focus on healthier options... Mostly...

This was definitely true for me. Especially since we went on vacation for a week over Christmas.
