Anyone have some suggestions for “leg day” exercises? I’m struggling with what to do. I do step ups and split squats but want something new.

I'd suggest reading through this thread and following one of the programs...

I'd second the suggestion to pick a program to follow.
The exercises that I do on my lower body days are:
Lower #1
(back) squat
barbell glute bridge
SLDL
leg extensions
Lower #2
(back) squat
deadlift
leg curl
goblet squat

Get on a program and take the guess work out of it.
Squats high bar/low bar
Olympic style front squats
RDLs
Glute bridges
Sumo/conventional deadlifts
Lunges
Farmers carries(which has an upper body component as well)
Goodmornings
All of those except the farmers carries can be done in a power rack with no need to rotate between machines.1
