So that you can go to your neighbors and see slides from their their summer vacation.
I just bought one of these (different Kodak model) a couple months ago off eBay. I've got a bunch of slides from overseas deployments I've been wanting to go through. Also picked up a film/slide/picture scanner so I can digitize them for sharing...since so many of my friends are scattered across the country (the main reason I have/use FB).1 -
