Has anyone tried Isagenix? What were your results? Thoughts? Comments? Suggestions?

Never heard of it/them before but I googled and see the word "cleanse" on their main page as one of their products, which should be a big giant red flag. Functioning organs "cleanse" and "detox" the body just fine without any additional substances. Beyond that, these primarily liquid-based diet "systems" generate weight loss through creating a calorie deficit, the same way any named diet, system, or generic way of eat promotes weight loss.

Haven't tried it, but generally MLM plans like this aren't good for much besides taking your money and transferring it to the people at the top of the MLM pyramid.11
-
tried it and thought it tasted like *kitten* - is really just like overpriced protein shakes. if you want to drink your calories, you can make your own protein shakes for a lot less. or, you know, eat regular food at a deficit to lose weight.5
-
It's an overpriced (and unnecessary) scam which will teach you nothing about what you need to do to successfully lose weight and maintain the loss. The only person who benefits from it is the one selling the products to you.8

Waste of money, and a good way to lose friends if you get suckered into selling it.6

So many people on here are anti anything that isn’t bought at a store. I tried store bought protein shakes first and they were horrible and full of unnatural stuff and just nasty. So I tried Shakeology but it wasn’t filling enough for me. Now I use Isagenix. It works for my lifestyle and I have lost over 40 pounds. I am working on the rest now. Don’t post on threads as you will get a bunch of people who are not open minded. Reach out to people individually. You can message me if you have more questions about it. I refuse to argue with people on here about doing what works for you as there is no one size fits all answer to weight loss or we would all be thin.

You may not have intentionally connected the two, but it appears that you are crediting Isagenix for your weight loss. That would be faulty logic.
If you like it and it fits, great. And that may be all you're saying.
There is, however, a "one size fits all" answer to weight loss: a calorie deficit. That's not even debatable.
There are many types of tools to use, provided you have a calorie deficit. That part is science.12 -

That is a feat of deduction based on all the evidence.6 -

It's not a matter of being open-minded. It's a matter of science and proven methods for losing weight safely. There are many, many people on this sight that have lost weight successfully without using any special methods other than eating in a defecit. Isagenix, like any replacement meal will allow you to lose weight as long as the number of calories you take in are less than the amount you burn. If replacement shakes make it easier for you to be in a calorie defecit and you lose weight using them, then that is great. However, they are not a magical weight loss secret. Eating in a calorie deficit is the magical weight loss secret.
Unfortunately, companies like Isagenix thrive on people who are looking for the fast track to weight loss success. You can eat what you like, in the right amounts, and still lose weight without spending tons of money on expensive pills, shakes, essential oils or whatever else is marketed by the diet industry. If they really were the key to weight loss, you would see the creators winning the Nobel Prize for Medicine. You would find doctors prescribing it to their patients.

My MIL was using it, then gave me a couple of tubs to try out since they were going to waste in her closet. I didn't care for them, but I tend to dislike meal replacement shakes as a rule not only because of flavor issues, but because I'm always still hungry afterwards.
For me this brand tasted worse than several others I've tried. No clue what they cost and it's definitely not worth it to me, especially if it's a MLM product.
I do think something like that can be a good thing to have around as a backup plan if you need something quick, but that's all they are for me. Brand-wise, I've bought Isopure on Amazon for a decent price and they tasted okay. Good enough in a pinch and some folks use the unflavored powder for recipes.0 -

leftover black bean and chicken burritos tonight! :P4 -
I want to add that "message me privately" is like the signature call of those involved in MLMs. To say those of us wise to the predatory and suspect nature of direct marketed and sold products are averse to what's sold in stores is manipulative.14

Why drink protein shakes only when you really don't have to? I lost 70 pounds eating real food using a CALORIE DEFICIT. No torture or restriction required. Lets see if you can maintain that weight loss for over 2 years. I have managed to keep the weight off going on 3 years now and have NEVER needed to give up my favourite foods whatsoever. Being mindful of my calorie allowance is all that is needed to maintain.
Why make it hard on yourself?5 -
I’ve also had good results using Isagenix. It’s true, the key is calorie deficit. What I’ve found is that my hunger has not been out of control on this system.1

One of their products is the "IsaFlush" which contains laxatives. What else do you really need to know?1
