Do you count rice vermicelli / bee hoon calories before boil or after boil?

I'm confused because it's too thin before boil to count

Of course I weight it that's why I'm asking should I count it before or after boil

Before. What do you mean it's too thin to weigh before? If it won't sit on the scale, put it in a cup or a container.

How little are you eating? Surely your scale weighs in 1g increments?

You are using a kitchen (food) scale to weigh your vermicelli, not a scale for weighing people, right?

What do you put on your vermicelli? I've always wanted to buy some but I don't know what to do with it.
