Do you count rice vermicelli / bee hoon calories before boil or after boil?
I'm confused because it's too thin before boil to count

You are using a kitchen (food) scale to weigh your vermicelli, not a scale for weighing people, right?3

What do you put on your vermicelli? I've always wanted to buy some but I don't know what to do with it.0
