Thoughts?

Hi recently I've changed my eating habits, cut down on sugar and junk food, and started eating healthy, but I've noticed I've been feeling alot colder since my new diet, could there be something wrong I'm doing?

Are you eating a lot less (calories)? Are you underweight or bordering underweight? Are you less active?

Are you reaching your calorie goal? Or at least somewhere near? A colder body temperature is a sign that you probably aren’t consuming enough calories, causing your body not to be able to do daily functions like staying warm.
