Hi. Would anyone know if there is a way to log either within Fitbit or MFP specific workouts? For example, I have finally found a menu of workouts I love to do - but instead of “weights”, “yoga” “aerobics” or “calisthenics” , I’d like to log “les mills combat and blogilates 12 min Lower abs”; or “Reebok step aerobics plus 20 min fitness blender crunchless abs”. This way I can see how many calories are burned by which combo of workouts and/or change things up as i go. I know i can log separately on a calendar but wondering if there’s a way to do this in either or both apps. Hope this makes sense. Thanks!

You can add your own exercises in MFP, and call them anything you wish.

To add to this-if your Fitbit and Mfp accounts are linked, whatever you log in your MFP diary will carry over and get logged on your fitbit accoaunt (and overwrite whatever calories were recorded). So you’ll see the exercise in both MFP and Fitbit (which seems like what you want), but make sure you enter the right start time, calories, etc. As long as your start time/total time is correct, your Mfp entry will simply overwrite what’s in your fitbit for that same time so you’re not double-counting calories.
