So, I’ve successfully lost 18 pounds, yippee! With that, I am four pounds away from my goal weight. However, I’m still not particularly thrilled about how my body looks. I’m not satisfied with weighing less if I still look like jello. I would like to tone my muscles and tighten things up. Not looking for anything crazy, just wanting to know where to start because I have zero clue about this kind of stuff and am overwhelmed trying to think of what to do. Any and all advice is appreciated. Specifically, insight into your workout routine, what you eat, how much, any helpful resources is even better. Thanks!!!

Congrats on your weight loss!
What you are going through is very common. Many people get close to goal and aren't super satisfied with their body composition, usually due to lack of muscle retention from weight loss as well as muscle base.
If you aren't strength training, start now even with the last few lbs it can really make a difference. See a list of programs here

If you are at a good weight for your height you may want to look into recomp (maintaining your weight to lose fat and gain muscle) More info about it here.

Lift some heavy stuff.
I haven't lost weight in over 2 months but I'm gaining definition and losing fat (toning up, some might say) a treat thanks to a full body workout 2 x a week.3
