Increased Fast, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Low(ish) Carbs. Why am I not losing more?!?

I skip breakfast like I have done for more than 20 years. I liberally use ACV in my salads several times a week before I dress them, and my range of carbs is usually 80-120 most days.
When I check my monthly weight loss progress against my calorie intake and the deficit it creates it matches almost perfectly (3500 calories per lb). The only weight I am losing is from boring old calorie counting and the principles of CICO.
What am I doing wrong?

It sounds like you aren't doing anything wrong. If you're losing the amount of weight that you should be according to your calorie deficit why do you think something is wrong? ACV is not magic, it doesn't make you lose weight. Eating low carb will likely make you lose water weight at first but again, there is nothing magic about eating low carb. "Boring old calorie counting" is the only thing that really matters when it comes to losing weight.15

There's some satire or meta here but I am not caffeinated enough to latch onto it.25

You aren't drinking green tea. You have to drink green tea.20

Read the title and rolled my eyes hard. Opened the thread and realized it was satire. Well played. Happy Friday!13

Are you sure? I am a little over a month away from losing a C-note in weight and it is all from calorie counting. I am sure I read that at least one of the other 3 things I am doing is supposed to make my fat melt away faster.

You haven't mentioned anything about net-carbs or cheat days.4

Hmm, I'm not sure we can answer this until we know your blood type and astrological sign.11

But only take it with bone broth before 5pm otherwise your metabolism will slow down and you will die.9 -

You need a cinnamon green tea detox smoothie to speed it all down! It sucks out all the fat from your gut and also makes the sun shine brighter and it rain less (that was my experience and therefore that must be the case).
Recipe:
- Brew some green tea
- Add a teaspoon of cinnamon, turmeric, and ginger
- Chuck in a large wedge of lemon
- In a separate glass blitz half a banana, handful of kale, spinach, 1 strawberry, and ice together
- Mix two mixtures together into a beautiful green smoothie
- Add some honey to taste
- You can sprinkle on some cooked quinoa or some oats too
Some have found it beneficial to add the blood of a new born to the recipe at the brewing stage, but I've found it works just as well without!7 -
Raspberry keytones...9

You need to burn more calories.
Start a *kitten*post about another person's diary showing them eating dessert for lunch, then backpedal furiously when called out about it. That should burn a ton.
If that fails, eat a bag of olestra chips and take some Alli.20 -
Best suggestion I have is a pair of bolt cutters and the removal of an appendage each day.
Uhhh. Run more?9 -

You gotta wonder why people are surprised that you can be blunt when it is literally your name??!! Keep calling it out!4 -

I liked the attempt at a jedi mind trick "I hope that whatever gave you that impression passes" *waves hand in front of forums*9 -
Are you drinking enough ancient bone broth?
You probably have a GMO-riddled, non-organic parasite. See your local naturopath, get a prescription for a liver flush and you'll be losing weight in no time.16 -

lol... this was me, too.
I read it 4 times, looked at who the OP was each time, and just couldn't follow the breadcrumbs far enough.4 -
Carbs are way too high. Plus you need daily coffee grounds enemas at exactly 9:37 am. If you can't do these thing, then you aren't dedicated.7

Breadcrumbs are high carb. That's why.11 -
All of this means nothing if you’re not eating for your blood type! I mean, come on;)6
