    In winter they are on (my feet get very cold) and summer they are off (my feet get very hot and often end up hanging off the side of the bed)

    Ugh fine! NO SOCKS!! I don't even like to wear socks (Unless brand spanking new) during the daytime if I can help it.

    Absolutely no socks in the house for the whole summer. For me it is barefoot or highly uncomfortable. Sleeping with socks in summer is... is... well it's preposterous.

    In the winter, I have some fluffy things I hang out in. I go to bed with'em but take them out when my feet warm up.

    In winter I often have to wear socks for sleeping as my feet are icy and I won't be able to sleep.
    In summer I usually do not need to wear socks.
