    @Vanguard1, Have you been eating enough the past few days? I would love to do OMAD, but I have a problem eating enough food in that one meal. The two times I planned OMAD, I did not drop any weight. I have also had three or four days of OMAD unplanned in the past 6 months and I successfully lost weight. I was so hungry that I managed to eat enough food.

    I believe so @tiabirdie56 , I don't get hungry so I really go off of that. My OMADs are not small either, I eat a pretty hefty meal, but my body has really adjusted to the One meal, so it is really a habit now. I believe I have enough stored "energy" that my body is not needing anything extra right now. In the past I have used OMAD to drop my BF%, but when it gets low enough, combined with strength training, I had to increase to 2 meals in order to get enough fuel.
