Not strictly acronyms but would it be worth adding the numerical IF shorties such as 16:8, 5:2, 4:3 etc?
IF = Intermittent Fasting
16:8 = 16 hours of fasting: 8 hours to eat your calories for the day
5:2 and 4:3 are alternating days of eating at higher and lower calorie intakes. 5:2 & 4:3 have long explanations that are better explained in the Intermittent Fasting Groups or by Google.0 -

Thanks for this .. I wish I had know about it as I did question many of these (luckily Google did deliver for most of them for me).
I don't know if DH (dear husband ... or darn husband as the case may be) and DW, DS, DD warrant being included. I have seen them used (and questioned) on the forums here and elsewhere
