Hello,
As mentioned before I'm
6'4" the following screen grab shows my stats from the health kiosk.
I am "skinny ish" with a belly.
I would like to get the bigger chest and such what would you recommend?

As per above if you want to get bigger muscles then you need to train them.
Use the link above to prick a program them got on with it. If you've never lifted before, which I assume you haven't, then you'll perceive some initial results quick.
Progressively overload your muscles and they'll grown. Building muscle is a fairly slow process but its also fairly simple
Don't over think it just get on with it.
You don't need a perfect program specifically built for you, you don't need tons of supplements and don't focus on one area of your body. Train your whole body or you'll create imbalances.
Once your past the newbie gains phase you need to eat in a surplus to keep building muscle.
Good luck3 -
Thanks for the information.0
