Hello users of My FitnessPal,
I am new here and looking forward to get some help from the experienced ones here in regards to gain weight as I am too skinny.
Today will also be my first day at gym (any suggestions are well appreciated)

I think you have to be more self-driven, because to gain weight you just have to eat more, and I can't believe you don't know that. If you need help, you have to specify what your problems are when it comes to eating enough. Is it lack of money, lack of time, can't cook, food aversions, swallowing problems, nausea, eating disorder? Or?1

No Kommodevaran it isnt lack of money, rather I would say lack of time, I hate cooking (too lazy to 👨🍳 ), Yes I think I have a eating disorder..
Also doesn’t feel like eating....I am too choosy when it comes to food if it tastes good I will eat it all else nothing at all0 -

At the end of the day, you have to want to achieve your goals, it might be uncomfortable at times but you do what you have to do. If you think you have an eating disorder, definitely speak to your doctor.2 -
