    When you realize that 10 years ago you walked on your treadmill for an hour at 3.8 - 4.0 and you felt like you could keep going (I used to take an aerobics class after), and now, you walk 3.0-3.2 and have your eye on countdown for the last 5 minutes, to get to an hour.
