Birthday (somewhat) success

Today is my birthday . In my 40s I was easily in the 140s, then crept up to the 150s in my 50s. At age 60 on my birthday I was 160--and very active, at 65 165 and running 5Ks. Today I am 69 and (you guessed it)--I am 169, the success is I was 200 (would that make me 20?) when I got back on the wagon. The other success is that next year I will weight less--I am hoping that means I will be getting younger.
