Hello Fitnesspals,
Just thought I would share this with you in case you are interested. This Friday, July 16th, ABC's The View is running a dieting special and will be reviewing top workout videos. Brazil Butt Lift® made the cut, and we're told a host (or two) will actually perform a few of the moves.
Should be fun. I have already set my DVR since I'll be at work.

    This is one of the many Beachbody workouts I own. I haven't tried it, yet, but I like to watch :)

    well im 15 mins into the Bum Bum and I had to stop. DAMN! But im going to finish it!
