Dec 19 Last Wednesday Update ~ 174.4 ~ The 170's decade has really been a challenge for me to overcome. I hope to reach the 160's by January.
    12/20 - 174

12/21 - 175.8 - Hungry during fasting hours, needed more protein, so I ate peanut butter.

Dec 21 - 4 lbs lost. Well, I lost 5.8lbs, but I see fluid retention came back to haunt me on the last challenge day. Still hoping to reach the 160's by the end of December or first week of January.

    Fall Weight Loss Challenge
    Stats: 28yo/F/5'5"
    OSW: 4/19: 212.6
    CSW 9/24: 183.8
    CGW 12/21: 172.6
    UGW: 4/19/19: 150
Total loss so far this round: -10.2 lbs

9/27: 181.0 - Tummy troubles overnight/end TOM/whoosh? Not entirely sure it will stick around but I have recommitted myself to the process this week and I'm feeling good about my journey again. SO CLOSE to overweight BMI category!
10/4: 180.4 - Heading back in the right direction and feeling positive. Friends coming down this weekend, but aiming to keep everything reasonable. Main goal is to not eat a dozen cider donuts at the farm!
10/11: 181.2 - Been bouncing all over the place this past week. Birthday is on Sunday and my familys love language is food so I've been striving for balance and I'm happy despite the gain. BALANCE!
10/18: 181.2 - Maintaining despite LOTS of celebrations.
10/25: 182.6 - Loosing my focus on the weekends big time. Also forgot to check in here for two weeks so I went back to my stats and logged here despite having forgot - trying to be more accountable in general. Despite the month long stall - I'm still committed to this journey! Onward!
11/2: 179.2 - I think I might finally be in the 170's! Yesterday Was 178.8! Making better choices again - 80/20 mindset that I had kinda lost while celebrating my birthday is back!
11/9 - 177.8 - I've been consistent and it's paying off! Libra is showing a downward trend of -1.0 lb/week instead of the -.5 lb/week I had diminished to. Plan to stick with the 1 lb/week loss until next goal weight and then reassess is .5 lb/week will be more sustainable - I'm not in a rush to get to the destination, learning to enjoy the journey too.
11/16 - 176.8 - really exercising that consistency still. Its starting to feel more natural, I can get a good healthy dinner done from whatevers on hand in a jiffy, and I can make changes on the fly. Last night i really fought some sugar cravings but I went to bed and felt great this morning. I'm looking forward to enjoying thanksgiving guilt free this year!
    11/23 - 177.6 - maintaining thru the holidays!
11/30 - 176.8 - Heading back in the right direction. I dont remember ever having been "sick of" eating junk and being excited to get back to healthy habits - but it happened and I'm taking that as a sure sign of a a healthy lifestyle I can maintain AND enjoy!
12/7 - 177.0 - Successful week - got the OK to stop taking my PCOS meds! Huge NSV and was one of my goals in starting this journey. A great reminder that health is SO much more than the number on the scale.
12/14 - 174.4 - Whoosh of a week - mostly stress related, but also had been 100% on point with eating and hydration until today when I just couldnt tame my hunger and ate an unplanned sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin. Trying not to over restrict before the holidays though cause I know that would end in a binge. TOM due next week so weight may be up again but I'm happy with the progress and will keep doing what Im doing.
12/21 - 173.6 - Wow can't believe its been another 3 months gone by! Time really does fly! TOM did arrive this week and still managed a loss! Very happy with my progress and I'm a bit surprised with what felt like such slow progress I still managed to get very close to my goal! 10.2 lbs lost overall and considering it was during the holiday season I'm VERY proud of that.

    Starting weight for challenge: 166.8
    September 22: 163
    September 29: 166.1
    October 6: 163
    October 13: 163
    October 20: 163.9
    October 27: 158.9
November 3: 155.6 I have no idea if this is a real number or not. Weighed numerous times. We will see of it sticks.
November 10: 157.8 on vacation with husband and got carried away the last couple of days. Monday will get me back on track!
November 17: 153.6 have been working so hard lately after my vacation. Glad I saw this today, but I don’t know if I will be able to keep it through Thanksgiving. Going to do my best at least!
November 24: 156.8 the holidays have been hard. Will be back on track Monday. Hoping to be in the 140’s before Christmas. We will see what happens
December 1: 152.4 So happy to see this number. Hopefully I can hold on to it or at least stay close to it this weekend. Getting closer and closer to seeing that 140 decade! I would be happy with a 149, lol.
December 8: 151.1 DH was away on business all week so it was just the kids and I. I do way better when he isn’t home but miss him like crazy. Glad he’s back home today. Ate right, only snacked one time on Thursday night, was craving chocolate and I don’t even like chocolate that much. Had 3 mini sized candy bars though. Other than that hopefully will keep this downward trend till Christmas.
December 15: 150.4 Down a little from last week and 1 Christmas party complete. 4 more holiday get togethers in the next 2 weeks, so I’m definitely not out of the clear for December. So far so good though! Little wins is all I can ask for this month.
December 21: 152.3 Have been up all week. Way to many eating events. Still meeting my first goal of 10 pounds, but still haven’t met the second goal of seeing 149.

    Goal for challenge: lose 10
Loss so far in challenge: - 10.7 pounds
Loss overall: 28 lbs since JULY 2018
