Distance: 145/200km walking
Boxing class 7/6x
Went for another longer run yesterday, which was ok, but now my knee hurts
Not sure i'm gonna make the 7 runs, I prefer my boxing classes. I did feel how stiff i have become from it though, while I get better at the short bursts in the class, continuous running becomes harder. Scary how quickly this has an impact.
I think i'm gonna skip the 60min run scheduled in my 5-10km programme and just continue with the next day. I'll come back to 60mins next week maybe.
Just hang in there. You're doing great no matter what mode of exercise you do. The challenge is TOO MOVE and you're doing THAT!1 -

I'm in! My goal is to do an extra 2km walk in week 1, then 3kms, 4kms and 5kms in Weeks 2,3 and 4. The extra calories used will be handy to improve my weight loss I have completed my 2km walk today.
Update-I have now completed my Week 2 goal of an additional 3km walk. I even jogged the middle 1 km
