Any recommendations?
I am getting started at the gym again. I'm currently around 90 pounds. I have Crohns disease and had surgery over a year ago. I hate my body and need to gain weight/muscle. I just have really bad gym anxiety. I am meeting with a personal trainer Tuesday. Please send good vibes!
I want a butt again 🤣

I would read the above thread. There are a few websites that have some higher calorie drinks in it. There are also a lot of foods/drinks that can help you get to your ideal weight.4 -
Anything with nut butters added, you can add coconut/ olive oil, oats, bananas...etc. really easy calorie sources when you blend it up.
Example shake that can be an easy 600+ calories:
1-2 servings of oats
Banana
1-2 tbps of oil or nut butter or both
Scoop of protein powder
Maybe some whole milk or ice cream added
Blend and enjoy💪🏻
Remember, if you have to get calories in, there’s nothing wrong with incorporating “dirty” foods. (Quotations cause there’s no such thing as clean or dirty food, but you get the example)0 -
ON max gainer. One scoop has 625 calories and 25 grams or protein.
It will help you get up to your fighting weight. Good luck!0 -

Blend
1 cup whole milk
2 scoops chocolate whey
1/2 cup chocolate ice
2 tbsp peanut butter
Tons of protein and 750+ calories
And it's like drinking a Reese's cup0 -

yes...I'm surprised by the 'lack' of protein considering the 625 calorie/scoop (what the heck is in this stuff lol!) My one scoop of whey powder is 25 grams/110 calories0 -
