Any recommendations?
I am getting started at the gym again. I'm currently around 90 pounds. I have Crohns disease and had surgery over a year ago. I hate my body and need to gain weight/muscle. I just have really bad gym anxiety. I am meeting with a personal trainer Tuesday. Please send good vibes!

I would read the above thread. There are a few websites that have some higher calorie drinks in it. There are also a lot of foods/drinks that can help you get to your ideal weight.4 -
Anything with nut butters added, you can add coconut/ olive oil, oats, bananas...etc. really easy calorie sources when you blend it up.
Example shake that can be an easy 600+ calories:
1-2 servings of oats
Banana
1-2 tbps of oil or nut butter or both
Scoop of protein powder
Maybe some whole milk or ice cream added
Blend and enjoy💪🏻
Remember, if you have to get calories in, there’s nothing wrong with incorporating “dirty” foods. (Quotations cause there’s no such thing as clean or dirty food, but you get the example)0 -

1 cup whole milk
2 scoops chocolate whey
1/2 cup chocolate ice
2 tbsp peanut butter
Tons of protein and 750+ calories
