Starting...Again!

Hello all! I am restarting my weight loss. I originally started in October of 2017 doing the keto diet. From mid October to mid December I lost 42lbs!
The day after Christmas, I found out I was pregnant again! So everything got put on hold. Lost another 15lbs during the first trimester, maintained until last 6wks.

I’m now 3wks postpartum and ready to restart my weight loss!

I will be doing Keto diet again, and light exercise (nightly walks) as I did have a Csection and can’t do too much right now.

Starting weight 262lbs
Current weight 225lbs
Goal weight 150lbs (or wherever I feel most comfortable/healthy at, I do plan to build muscle as well so you never know, but 150 gets me out of overweight category for BMI)

I know some people don’t like the keto diet, but I do! I do it healthy, I don’t eat pounds of bacon and greasy burgers 24/7.
Not only did it help my weight loss the first time, but helped my energy, acne and even my depression that I’ve been battling for 13yrs!! ❤️

So I have 75lbs to lose! And hoping to find friends who have similar amount to lose for accountability!
(I also will be keeping an active Instagram for accountability as well)
