If I ate 36 eggs a day, my gallbladder would become a raving lunatic ... actually ... maybe that's just the thing to set it off so badly I can finally get it removed ....
..... but on the other hand, I'm not that fond of pain ......
That's what I did to provoke a attack the day before my nth doctor's appointment. He couldn't ignore the problem any longer then
My sad little gallbladder was so scared, that it only had a rest functionality of maybe 20% on a good day.1 -

Hmm ... maybe it is worth it after all! They've sent me for a couple basic ultrasounds and said that it doesn't look like I've got gallstones, or at least not large ones, but they haven't looked for anything else and can't explain the egg-induced pain.1 -
I eat 3 eggs and 3 egg whites every single day, no issues. I can't image 36 though, better get your own chickens!!2

It is when the person in front of you in yoga seems to be on the “egg diet.” Downward facing dog, indeed!4 -
So I may have made a mistake.
It's suppose to go up slowly from 12 to 24 then 36 - I went straight head on with 36 a day. Also they are suppose to be raw.
It's those eggs plus protein from other places- like chicken, beef etc
Also, the diet prescribes to carb load every 3 day - Mon-Tues then Wed carbs as well.
According to that diet my daily caloric intake would go from 2800 now which is I think 50-100 more than my maintenance to around 4000. Now way I would be able to use it from my activity level standpoint.
I'll still do 36 eggs a day and bump calories to 3k which is around 200-300 more than maintenance on average.
I can bet you this though- so much easier to balloon up on carbs lol

You are going to try a diet based on eating 36 raw eggs per day?4 -
No, just no. In what way could someone ever think eating 36 eggs would have the same effect as steroids lol.....3

I'm glad I'm not the only one who was having a moment of "OMG EW WHY?"2 -
I don't understand this thread. Why would anyone do this to themselves? Even if it somehow worked, is taking a bit more time to get results really worse than drinking cartons of raw eggs every day?6

I'm on doctor-managed TRT, have been for about a year.
The anabolic effects 3 dozen eggs are not even in the ballpark of TRT when it comes to having your hormone levels at physiologic ideals.
That isn't even including cholesterol concerns of all of those eggs.
A "cycle" would be orders of magnitude more ...effective than TRT.4 -
Do you have do drink them whole Rocky style or can you blend them? Or would breaking the yolks let out all the gainz?

Yeah. But now that he's grown he eats 5 dozen eggs....
And he's roughly the size of a baaaaarge!!
So obviously, it works.3 -

That was when he was a lad. Now that he's grown, he eats five dozen eggs, so he's roughly the size of a barge.0 -

As a specimen yes, he's intiiimmmmmidating!
There must be something to this diet then.3 -

When I was a youngin' if I woke up late my mother would blend OJ, raw egg, & honey for an energy drink, she would serve it with a piece of toast & peanut butter. The egg, oj and honey wasn't too bad.0

Ah, yes, but I think you have to have the eggs drawn by the proper animator. 🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🤭0 -

Sure, but can you image 36 of them?0 -
In one sitting? No. Six eggs, six times a day... maybe.

Six eggs, six times a day, for six days. AKA, the Cleanse of the Beast.12 -

36 RAW eggs a day
Which actually has LESS bioavailability when raw in terms of its nutrient composition....
This is honestly so stupid. If eggs did this, I’m sure the govt and big pharmaceuticals would have banned eggs by now or required a prescription if they could make money off “anabolic eggs” 😂😂😂7 -
Yeah 36 raw, I gulp 6 at a time and then another 6 in a different glass.
However it was getting boring so I blend 12 together and put half scoop of Casein protein and 250ml 1% milk and voila.
Also, you all may be right, however, I feel like if I give up now, I'm just weak.
Also, it doesn't taste like anything.
In the immortal words of my ex fwb "I thought it'll have a taste but it just doesn't taste like anything" although she didn't say that for raw chicken eggs.
Or maybe doing days of consumption killed my taste buds.4 -

Yes, you may be right- I just wanted to see if I could do it lol0 -
Just an update
Yesterday was my day 5 out of 42 days that I had originally planned. However, the amount of responses I've received against it goes to show I once again fell for internet "magic diets" - ones that I used to fall for before I knew about CICO.
I am ending it today. Thank you all , once again for teaching me something new. Although something funny to be noted I've been eating over 3k calories high in fat/protein (you can view my diary) and I did not gain any weight lol I guess the weight loss from going carb(less) and then going high calories somehow balanced itself out lol
Heavy workouts sucked as I kept running out of breath and what not. Pump seemed non existent.6 -
I would seriously fart all day if I ate that many eggs. I would have no friends and my husband would probably divorce me.5
