New to all this computerized keeping up with information in my new goal to find better health. Female, mid 60's, weigh 234 (there I said it.... seeing it sucks) and wanting to drop 60 pounds over the next 7 or 8 months. In addition to keeping my food intake information, walk briskly about 2 miles 3 times weekly plus some light weight strength reps for upper body. Been doing this about 6 weeks and no more than 2 pounds weight loss but my clothes fit MUCH better and I feel good. Just went into remission from bladder cancer so it a healthier future I need.
