My options in life are:
Run in the morning with 79 degree and 95% humidity
OR
Run in the evening with 95 degrees and 60% humidity
BOTH SUCK!!!!! But the first evil sucks maybe marginally less.
Yup (I'm in NC, too), so during this time of year I run on the treadmill at the gym, which I hate, but it gets the job done without totally wiping me out.0
