Hi, my name is Ali. I'll be 79 on my birthday, which is in a few days. I live in Maui, Hawaii, with my husband Dennis. and two of my six (grown) children live on Maui as well. I'm 5'1, and I'm over 40 pounds overweight! ~ I used to be little and slim, now I'm little and fat. I need to lose weight for my health and also for my frame of mind; it's hard to be positive about stuff when I look in the mirror and see this (fat) stranger. Hopefully you will be my fitness pals.
