    Good Afternoon Pepper's,
    Well made it out for another 30 min. walk :drinker: I have been under my calories for the week so far. Hoping for a loss on Friday.

    I cant complain about my sleep, but I remember not sleeping well, up 5 or 6 times a night and did not think I ever dreamed at all. I realized that the other people in the house were keeping me awake (tv,snoring,doors closing). :grumble: I started sleeping with a fan in my room on high and started listening to the fan sound. It has worked so far. Now I fall a sleep faster and stay sleeping. Of couse I can not sleep with out the fan. But thats ok.

    Hope everybody gets some good sleep tonight. :flowerforyou:

    Here's my workout plan for the next 7 days (including today) 361 exercise minutes....
    Fri ~ C25K, stretch & tone ~ 62 min [X] 428 cals burned
    Sat ~ walk/jog & ball workout ~ 53 min [X] 416 cals burned
    Sun ~ C25K ~ 35 min [X] 297 cals burned
    Mon ~ walk/jog, Biggest Loser Strength & Sculpt, ball workout ~ 72 min [X] 518 cals burned
    Tues ~ C25K, stretch & tone ~ 62 min [X] 431 cals burned
    Wed ~ C25K, Biggest Loser Strength & Sculpt, ball workout ~ 77 min [X] 826 cals burned
    Thurs ~ REST!
    361 minutes done.... + 40 mowing!

    in 6 days.....2,916 cals burned in 401 minutes! I can't believe I did this! can't go backwards now! I just realized I will be taking measurements again next Wednesday...not sure what the tape will show, but I do know I had 10 days that were not good, so that may affect the inches....I do feel thinner, but haven't noticed too much in the clothes.

    Hope you are all having a good day! I am really looking forward to my rest day tomorrow! :bigsmile: does anyone want to do a team challenge for next week? ideas??

    That is great Kelly. Take it one week/day at a time. You are doing great.

    Well yesterday I caved. After dinner there was a box of assorted chocolates on the table and yes I had 4 peices. :sad: I logged the rest of my day this morning and could not believe it, I still had 1 calorie left. :laugh: :tongue: Will have to do better today want at least 100 left (when I exercise).

    It is a beautiful day and will get another walk in at lunch. I am feeling better with the exercise. Will check back in a while after walk. :bigsmile:

    Hi everyone....

    I had a craving for cake frosting this morning. The cafeteria here had fresh chocolate cake at lunch. Ok, there's 1.

    Next, I was thinking of friend deployed in a sandy combat area. Sent him a quick "thinking of you" email. I get a speedy response - he's home on leave - returns back to sandy combat area next week. There's 2.

    So, ladies what will be the 3rd thing... something I think about and viola - there it is......

    it's been a freaky kind of day.........

    afternoon folks....
    been doing odd jobs here today..filing, paying bills, making dental, eye, skin appts. guys have been asking for cookies and chocolate lately...to go with their choc chip ice cream...well, it will be brownies I guess. too hot to run the oven any longer than 30 min. tomorrow I have blood work in the am and it will be my grocery day...missin my daily banana, out since Mon....that can sometimes ruin my whole day/week! :angry:

    Cindy ~ good job with getting in the walks...I'm sure you are feeling the benefits of it! keep it up!
    Barb ~ hmmm....I'd say good thoughts so far....just keep going with that! oohhh, do tell!
