Rules:
45 oz pure water minimum daily
90 oz fluids minimum daily
128 oz maximum fluids daily
Consult your physician before joining
Research ALL possible complications prior to joining, join at your own pace, discontinue at first sign of discomfort
Drink at a reasonable rate, enjoy the many benefits if proper hydration, add enhancers/electrolytes as needed
Record starting/ending weight and body fat

    Ha! I found you. Who knew a search would get such results!

    Ok, my starting % BF is from my Tanita scale and it's diff from one day to the next and diff morning to afternoon.
    I will take it based on my scale reading this morning at 4am when I get up to take thyroid and pee. :)

    Start 152.4lbs
    BF 34% (Tanita)

    Found it. 2 crazy questions... 1. Is infused water pure water? 2. How do I figure my BF?

    Yes infused water even lightly enhanced waters count towards pure water but not teas, etc.
    Some fancy scales give you BF, I opened one in Walmart to check 😂😂😂

    Woooohooooo! Had 85oz of plain water yesterday and 40oz of decaff coffee (am ashamed to admit that...maybe THAT's why my tum is messed up? *blush* ).
