A bit bummed this is the first week since I started in May I have gone up. .6 of a pound. And I now exactly why I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage on Friday evening, knowing Saturdays are my weigh in day. It was worth it to assist in breaking the tightness in my upper back. But I plan to make up for it next week. As I plan to stay on schedule even with Turkey day as we are staying at home, and will be just the two of us.

Happy Sunday, everyone!
It has been quite a week. Back to work post-surgery, Thanksgiving, and testing out my modified digestive system. So far, so good. The 8 lbs of IV fluid weight was gone by last Monday so I started recording weights again. I am now at a 27 year low. I haven't been this "light" since before my first child was born. I still have a lot to lose but I have come farther than any previous attempt. Hoping to stay in ONEderland now, once and for all!
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1991: 194.4 today!!!
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Goal: 180 in however long it takes.

October 22 - 28: 200.8
October 29 - November 4: 200.8
November 5 - November 11: 200.7 -started feeling really icky.
November 12 - November 18: ?? Messed up, post-surgery (gallbladder)

I'm in. Have not lost 5 lbs in a month ever. Very frustrating so we will see what we can do in November. October I did get close and lost 4.3 pounds.

I need to get back on track after an injury and then nasty virus. So I lost some lbs quickly with the bug but then seemed to become ravenously hungry and piled in the food with the result I have not lost for a month. I still have time to reach my ultimate target for Christmas but not the end of November. I need some support to re motivate me! I would love to meet by goal by the end of the year even if I missed my November goal. So near but so far!4
